So many of us often come to this stage where we can’t find the meaning of our life. We can not find out the purposes of our actions. Even we can not find the importance of our actions or even the existence don’t make sense. Sometimes we are just confused and deep inside the question haunts us, “what to do with my life?” There must be times when you feel stuck and cry inside for salvation. However, to get rid of this situation we must understand the reasons and the solutions.

Certainly, there could be many reasons for feeling stuck and not knowing what to do with your life. But the situation or reasons are never the same for all. As a result, it depends on the person.

For example, we come to a stage where the situation changes itself or the surroundings are not the same. As a result, in the middle of the changed situation, we find ourselves uncomfortable. Such as it could be the failure to get a Good job, could be the failure to get a good partner, could be the loss in business repeatedly or could be for no reason. Just because of the change in thinking pattern we might feel that conscious effort inside to get that validation.

Firstly, this feeling of not knowing what to do with my life can affect my life in both positive or negative ways. In addition, it depends on how we are training our minds to handle the situation. If we can drive our mind to positive thinking, this feeling of incompleteness will drive us to more success. But at the same time if we can not feed our minds with a logical or acceptable solution it might hurt us in the long term.

To sum up, we will be frustrated, less motivated to work if we can not find the meaning of life. If we feel that there is no meaning of our existence or if we fail to find the reason, life would be like the boat without the sail in the middle of the sea.

By the time you realize how important life is, you might lose the important time and the best of the opportunities. That might increase the grief and make you more confused about the meaning of life.   • Running is the best form of exercise you can take to calm your mind. Wake up early in the morning, take up your running shoes and go out for a quick jogging and running.
  • You can do yoga or mediation to calm your mind. There are lots of apps in the app stores for free to help you with the basic yoga or meditations. There are apps like Headspace, 5 Minute Yoga, etc.

After that, It is really important that you study your past. As the true answer is hidden in our past. You need to find out the achievements and the failures. Find out what gave you pleasure and what hurt you. Look for the mistakes you made in the past. Think about your past actions and the opportunities you could have taken but ignored. What were the reasons behind your past actions? All of those facts will bring out many interesting points for further considerations.

Our desires are not same. And we don’t even be happy with the same thing. So, keep doing what makes you happy and ignore the negative comments from others.

Even after doing everything right it is important that we don’t let go the good work. We have to be very consistent with our plan and efforts to achieve the life goal and purposes. And more importantly, we will need to be patient enough while waiting for the result or outcome. If we keep doing the good work consistently, success will be there definitely. But the time frame could be different for each person. So, we should not be frustrated and should keep going.

So, it is important that we consciously sort out all our habits. After that, we need to sort out the positive and negative habits.
